ONBOARD BEAM MODIFICATION JOB

We do welding jobs at the deck itself, if vessel doesn’t have enough space for carrying out the welding job, we can take the beams into workshop, complete the job and return back the material onboard at all Indian Ports. All jobs will be done by qualified technicians with proper permission.

CCTV INSTALLATION JOB

For Cargo Surveillance and Navigation assistance, we fix the camera at the vessel. We install the camera in different places accordingly to make a perfect view of cargos from bridge and can be monitored from the wheelhouse. We deal with both Wi-Fi cameras and Wired Cameras.

NAVIGATOIN AND COMMUNICATIONAL SERVICES

We have experienced Service Engineers for the assisting and attending the vessel for any sort of problems/ troubleshooting related to Navigation, Communication & Automation Equipment at all Indian ports. They are well trained & qualified for doing service and calibration onboard.

BUNKERING

We usually supply the lube oils to the vessels in Indian ports in Drum & Pails, in case of bulk requirement of lubes we can arrange for bunkering directly to the vessel tanks.

REWINDING JOBS

We off-land the Old Motors from the vessel and take them to our workshop for rewinding. We regularly rewind, check the spares viz., bearing, sleeves, etc., if required we will replace and paint the motor and return to the vessel accordingly.

NDT TESTING SERVICES

We off-land the Beams from the vessel and bring them to our workshop for Inspection, Testing and Certification.

MEDICAL CHEST CERTIFICATE

We provide medical chest certificate valid for 01 year for the onboard medicine.

LOAD TEST INSPECTION SERVICES FOR LIFTING EQUIPMENT

We provide load test and inspection services for ship crane and loose gear for conforming the load capability and provide certificate for the same.
